Meet the team…

Brett Bearne

Brett is passionate about fitness, anything outdoors, travelling, healthy living, sport and especially eating - though most of his passion lies in changing peoples lives through experience with exercise and providing knowledge in ways to attain a healthy lifestyle and body.

He is from Sydney Australia and has been Personal Training in gyms, private studios, parks and homes since 2001 in Sydney, New York and here in London where he has been based since 2004.

He is a qualified Master Trainer (Australian Cert.) through The Australian Institute of Fitness and possesses certifications and has experience in working with clients for sport specific training,muscle gain and fat loss,nutrition,injury and posture rehabilitation, kids exercise, pre and post natal training, group exercise, kickboxing and boxing.

Brett has competed in such sports as State under 21 rugby,competitive golf, basketball and swimming and charity triathlons and loves to be out under the waves surfing. He also has experience in Wing Tsun Kung Fu where he reached advanced level.

Brett is constantly keeping up to date in the fitness world by attending regular up to date courses and lectures to pass the knowledge on to you.He also works closely with physiotherapists and sports masseuses.

Brett is positive he can make a difference to your health and fitness,whether you are a beginner, an athlete or elderly, through fun training sessions, knowledge, motivation and his own training experience.
